We provide template SOPs adaptable to your agency, paired with a virtual onboarding session. Your dispatch team will learn when to request an Emergency Delivery, how to review and confirm delivery location and ETA, how to initiate delivery and track progress, and best practices for integration.

During the trial, dispatchers can initiate simulated deliveries on real 911 calls—the experience is identical to live operations. Your team sees exactly how ArcherFRS responds, performs, and delivers, without any physical installation. By the end, dispatchers are trained and ready for live operations.

At the conclusion of the trial, your agency receives a comprehensive performance report with per-flight details and summary analytics. We will meet with your team to review and present a data-driven deployment plan. This provides command staff with clear, objective insights into system performance in your jurisdiction to make data driven decisions about implementation.
